Sirena Nikita Styles - Chairman of the BOard (She/Her)
Born and raised on the beautiful island of Guam, Sirena’s journey serving and empowering the people of her community has always been a big part of who she is. As a former senatorial candidate for the 31st Guam legislature with a platform on workforce development, a founder of Guam’s first alternative lifestyle association, board member of the Workforce Investment Board and a trustee for the Guam Community College’s Board of Trustees, she is excited to bring her previous experiences and serve her current home in Seattle, Washington. She advocates and believes in ongoing education and developing resources that empower our LGBTQI+ & BIPOC communities to be resilient and to receive the proper support to grow as a member of our society. In that capacity , she’s excited to strengthen the alliances and partnerships within our business community that is needed to make it a reality. @Sirenastyles
Melissa Lloyd - Co Chair / VP Fundraising (She/Her)
A results-oriented sales and marketing professional with a proven ability to achieve results at premier, multinational consumer products companies (Procter and Gamble, James River and Mattel Toys). Brings entrepreneurial collaborative leadership skills to every team. Specialties: consumer products marketing and sales, non profit leadership, business development. @Elevate Group Seattle
Karen Catania - Board Secretary (SHE/ HER)
An HR Manager at Precise Software Solutions and a long time resident of San Jose, California. Karen has over 10 years of experience serving and developing non profit organizations for her community. We are excited to bring Karen’s skills and abilities to our executive board.
Francine Becerra - Board Treasurer (SHE/ HER)
Born in the beautiful island of Guam, this is Ms. Becerra’s second term serving on the INCForce+ executive board. @Delta
Katrina Lorraine Stoever - VP - Las Vegas Branch (SHE/HER)
A founding KLS Beauty in Las Vegas, Nevada, whose strength. in leadership has lead her to assume this important role to make changes in with the transgender folk in her community. Her ultimate goal is to help make an impact and remove barriers for transgender folk worldwide. @KLS Beauty
Josana Elise - Medical Partnerships (She/her)
A dual resident of Minneapolis and Las Vegas, Josana’s 22 years in transgender resourcing and cosmetology is criterial to our position as the leading resource for Medical partnerships for trasnsgender folk, worldwide. Her mission is to be a vehicle and guide trangender men & women to achieve their ultimate goal to be at home in their bodies; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. @KLS Beauty

Chauncy Logsdon - LGBTQi+ Youth (HE/HIM)
With a career expanding over 20 years, with experience in customer service Chauncy has achieved an aptitude of specialized skills in both the health and beauty industry. Working for Nordstrom (10yrs) and the Dept. Of Defense: Sports, Fitness, and Aquatics Division (11yrs) he has successfully conducted over 10,000 personal visual consultations with clients/customers whom have entrusted him to skillfully customize their own personal style. His career has tremendously expanded from the many opportunities and accomplishments he has been given. Continuing in his field of work, along with passion and tenacity will propel me into his next level serving on the INCForce+ board. next career path of success. @Nordstrom

With more than a decade of experience in the educational non-profit industry, I have had the privilege of serving Destination Imagination, Inc. in a variety of capacities. As the Director Strategic Partnerships & Advancement, Andrew get’s to develop partnerships that connect our global community to great companies and organizations while also overseeing the organization's philanthropic relationships and strategy. @Destination Imagination
