Diversity Equity & Inclusion

“When I was growing up, I always felt the need to try harder to fit in because I walked funny and talked funny.  I was always embarrassed that the people that wanted to be my friends would also be ridiculed because they are affiliated with me, therefore, I had never developed close friendships with others.

As an adult, I thought that over time,  we have overcome the issues of prejudice and gender orientation discrimination in our community, however,  I feel that it has gotten harder and developed into a white elephant in the room because of legalities. Now, co-workers and managers will subliminally discriminate because they don’t have the educational resources that can help them understand inclusiveness and they will never address the issue of discrimination, because they aren't aware that is present because it isn’t visible.”

Our Mission

We bridge the gap between the TRANS+ & Business communities.

Our Purpose

INCForce+ is a safe space and hub for TRANS+ men, women and allies that will redesign and deliver educational engagements to help community & corporations understand and transform their perception of TRANS+ men & women while creating a culture of Diversity, Equity and Inclusivity.

Our Vision

KNOWLEDGE = POWER

Knowledge is power and it will erase all lines of separation that divide the TRANS+ men & women from the communities in which they live in. We are all educators in our community and our mission is to reignite unity amongst everyone by delivering education that will stimulate the culture of diversity, equity & inclusion in our communities and (public, private, government & federal) organizations across the board.

Our first and main service is to provide learning engagements / workshops for employees and leadership of corporations to redesign their thinking and to sensitize them towards the rights of the LGBTQI+ community broadly, and the transgender (TG) community specifically. These learning engagements will aim to help corporations and businesses to better understand the needs of the TG community and encourage them to adopt policies and carry out activities that foster a work environment that is safe, nurturing, accepting, and inclusive for members of the TG community.  A longer-term outcome is that these corporations and businesses increase their hiring of members of the TG community and help their employees and the general public be more accepting.
